This position isn't just about sales it's about embodying the professional values that make HydroHelp911 renowned for excellence.</p><p><br></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p><br></p><ul><li>Estimate 7-12 jobs weekly, involving detailed inspections of primarily crack/damaged/sunken concrete, with the possibility of the occasional foundation repair estimate.</li><li>Thorough diagnosis of settling concrete or structural damage - being the expert eyes on site.</li><li>Engage in consistent follow-ups with homeowners throughout the sales journey to secure deals and foster trust.</li></ul><h3>What We Expect</h3><p><br></p><ul><li>Commitment to delivering a professional and positive customer experience.</li><li>Availability to lead up efforts Monday through Saturday.</li><li>Proficiency with company technology and tools.</li><li>A close rate of at least 50% on all leads.
